Meet Vanda, your Neurotalent Coach

Hi there, I’m Vanda and I would like to share with you a bit about what I do and how I can help you.

My background includes working as a Coach, Trainer, Access to Work Assessor and a Neurodiversity and Learning and Development specialist.

I have a BA (Hons) degree, a PGCE in Teaching and Learning (PCE), Diplomas in Coaching and NLP – covering Personal Performance and Corporate Executive Coaching, and I am Chartered MCIPD qualified from Anglia Ruskin University.

I’m strongly dedicated to improving the lives of neurodivergent people. I have worked at the National Autistic Society for five years as part of the Autism at Work programme sponsored by The Bloomfield Trust. Also for many years I have worked with employees in their workplaces supporting them with a wide range of neurotalent including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and others.

As a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand the journey of my neurotalented clients. One of the many things I’ve learnt in my time working with neurodivergent people has been that everyone’s needs are completely different and unique to them -  you don’t need to worry about whether I’ll help with what you need to succeed - my coaching and training is fully tailored to you and unlocking your neurotalent.

Don’t forget to inquire about your free 30 minute consultation so I can get to know you and your needs, and check out the latest coaching news below!

Thanks, Vanda
